Buying/Selling home

When you buy or selling home make sure you consider the following
a. Agent commission
b. Closing cost

Buying house
a. Start with open house
b. Check with Agent if he can give his commission back to us (https://listwithclever.com/discount-real-estate-agents/ and https://listwithclever.com/real-estate-blog/home-buyer-rebate-without-negotiating/)
c. To minimize the closing cost check on Coscto, SAMS club for mortgage. DCU gives good details about closing cost on online. BOA gives good estimate sheet and which we need to be asking from other lenders.
     (
      https://www.allstate.com/resources/allstate/attachments/tools-and-resources/allstate-home-buyers-closing-costs-worksheet.pdf,
https://mymortgageinsider.com/how-much-are-closing-costs-7287/
     )
d. Work with the Agent comfortable lender while we see the property and inform that you might  change the lender when you are contract up front. In this instance you might not work with two agents.
e. Check with the Agent what would be the cost
    i. Inspection
   ii. Title cost
f. Check with lender what would be the cost
    i. Appraisal
   ii. Loan processing fee
g. We can skip appraisal as per guidelines provided by Fannie Mae or  Freddie Mac system.

Selling the home
a. Make sure seller credit is not in contract as when the appraisal does not come to the expected level then we will loose a lot of money.
b. Before  accepting the offer check if the lender is local if so ask agent to verify the details of the buyer and proceed.
c.As a seller we need to keep in mind we have to pay the closing cost but will not be as like buyer
d.Check

Beans are configured using following options
    XML
    Annotation
   Java configuration

Dependency Injection (DI) is achieved via following options
Constructor Base
Setter base

What is Spring ?
      Application Framework
      Programming and Configuration Model
      Infrastructure Support

Spring Boot
  Opinionated
  Convention over configuration
  Stand alone

Starting Spring Boot
   Sets up default configuration
   Starts Spring application context
   Performs class path scan
   Starts Tomcat Server

Add a Controller
    A Java Class
    Marked with annotations
    Has info about
        What URL access triggers it?
What method to run when accessed?

GET -- > To fetch records
POST --> To insert a record
PUT --> To update a record
Delete --> to delete a record

Various ways to start spring Boot applictaion
         Spring Initializr (http://start.spring.io)
         Spring Boot CLI (https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/docs/current/reference/html/getting-started-installing-spring-boot.html)

application.properties
The file can be placed under src/main/resources directory. To know about various properties, use the below

https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/docs/current/reference/html/common-application-properties.html

Annotations
For creating REST webservice below are the annotations used
@RestController     --> To define a class to be a rest webservice
@Autowired            --> To make sure what services are required for the class when it gets
                                                     initialized.
@RequestMapping --> To form the URL so the Respt API can be accessed and it it can be
defined at class and method level
@RequestBody       --> To read the body and it will be heavily used during POST and PUT
                                                      method
@PathVariable        --> To map the query parameter variable with method parameter
                                                       variable

For JPA below annotations are used
@Entity              --> To mark a class corresponding to database table
@Id                     -->  To mark a property as primary key corresponding to the column in
                                                   table
@ManyToOne   --> To maintain many to one relationship between entities
@ManyToMany --> To maintain many to many relationship between entities
@ManytoAny    -->  To maintain many to any relationship between entities

Spring Data JPA (Java Persistence API)
To interact with Relation database using Object- Relational Mapping (ORM).
CRUD operations (Create Read Update Delete)

CrudRepository : Will have mostly used operations like Insert, Update , Delete and Select

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/es/SSZJPZ_11.7.0/com.ibm.swg.im.iis.productization.iisinfsv.overview.doc/topics/cisoproductsinthesuite.html

To connect ot the database we have two options
   a. JDBC connector
   b. Database connector (Db2, Oracle, Netezza)

For JDBC connector we need to make sure the jar file of the database need to be stored in the IISEE server and file to be created  "isjdbc.config" at location /opt/IBM/InformationServer/Server/DSEngine

For Db2 connector or other connectors we need to have the client installed on the IISEE server

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSZJPZ_11.5.0/com.ibm.swg.im.iis.conn.db2db.usage.doc/topics/install_config_db2conn.html

To get the runtime propagation option to be enabled we need to do the changes in Admin console.

Performance Data Warehouse
PDWDB
Application scheduler
CMNDB (the common database)
You must create the common database before you start IBM Business Process Manager. You must configure the CMNDB tables either during the startup of the deployment manager or stand-alone server or before you start the deployment manager or stand-alone server.
Business Process Choreographer
BPEDB
You must create the BPEDB before you start a server or cluster with Business Process Choreographer configured.
Business Process Choreographer Explorer reporting function
OBSRVDB
The Business Process Choreographer Explorer reporting functionality is deprecated. To monitor and report on BPEL processes, use IBM Business Monitor
.
Business Space
CMNDB (the common database)
For stand-alone profiles, you must create the common database before you start IBM Business Process Manager. For other profiles, you must use the administrative console to configure Business Space. Configuring a Business Space database is mandatory for using Business Space powered by WebSphere® and Process Portal.Business Space powered by WebSphere provides a common interface for application users to create, manage, and integrate web interfaces across a range of IBM products.
Common Event Infrastructure (CEI)
EVENT (stores events)
CEI database configuration is not supported by the Profile Management Tool or the manageprofile command-line utility.
Do not create this database for production environments because the performance of persisting events may be impacted.
The Common Base Event browser relies on the CEI database. If you want to use the Common Base Event browser to retrieve and view logging, tracing, management, and business events in your business enterprise applications, you must create the CEI database manually.
Enterprise service bus
CMNDB (the common database)ESBDB
You must configure these tables either during startup of the deployment manager or stand-alone server or before you start the deployment manager or stand-alone server
Mediation
CMNDB (the common database)
You must create the common database before you start IBM Business Process Manager. You must configure the CMNDB tables either during the startup of the deployment manager or stand-alone server or before you start the deployment manager or stand-alone server.
