Sprint or Iteration
Below are ceremonies in Agile world
PI Planning --> Product Increment Planning will be done along with other teams we plan what needs to be done in the next 3 months and try to identify the dependencies during this and overcome them.
Iteration Planning --> Planning for upcoming Iteration. Basing on the items selected during PI planning we will break them to be done in iteration and which item to be done will be picked up from this meeting.
Demo --> Show what is done in an iteration
Retrospectives --> these are done at the end of Iteration to know what went well and what went wrong
Daily standup --> We will discuss below
a. What was done yesterday?
b. What will be done today?
c. Any impediments faced?
e. Parking lot --> to discuss or announce anything to the team.
Iteration/sprint are generally for two or three weeks
Backlog grooming - To look backlog of the work for the team and will identify which needs to be discussed during the PI planning
